The merchandise which our store sells are basically so-called “second hand”, all of our merchandises aren’t new.
If a merchandise (e.g. video game software and music accessory) doesn’t work normally, we can accept the returns in the case that it is possible to objectively prove that it is not working properly.
When you need to return and refund, please pay the shipping fee by yourself for returned merchandise.
After receiving the returned with the invoice to us, we confirm whether it can’t work normally. And then if we can judge it has malfunction, we refund you.

If you need to return, please inform us within 1 week after purchasing the merchandise. But please note that we can’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following conditions;
1) It passes more than 10 days after the merchandise arrived at you.
2) The merchandise is damaged by customer.
