Return and Refund policy

The products which our store sells are basically so-called “second hand”, all of our products aren’t new.

If a product (e.g. CD, videogame software and music accessory) doesn’t work normally, we can accept the request for exchange, return and refund in the case that it is possible to objectively prove that it is not working properly and correctly.

When you need to exchange, return and refund, please pay the shipping fee by yourself for returned merchandise. In this situation, please choose the shipping service which has the tracking number so that we can track back the location and shipping status of the returned product.
Before you ship the returned product, please inform us in advance. We will share the returning address with you.

After receiving the returned item with the invoice to us, we confirm whether it can’t work normally. And then if we can judge it has a malfunction or it doesn’t work properly and correctly, we refund you.

If you need to return, please inform us within 1 week after receiving the merchandise. But please note that we can’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following conditions;

  1. It passes more than 8 days after the merchandise arrives at your address.
  2. The merchandise is damaged by customer or the other factor which we can’t confirm before we ship the item.
  3. In the case that the returned product doesn’t include the original components such as manual and package if it surely has when it is on sale. 

For this kind of situation, we strongly recommend you to keep the package and manual etc. for as long as possible if the item has them. It is good to store them for at least 1 month.
