“Genghis Khan(蒼き狼と白き牝鹿・ジンギスカン)” is a war strategy game developed and published for NEC’s PC-8800 series by KOEI in 1985. The MSX version was released in 1986. This game focuses on the histories of Mongolia and Eurasia continent in 12th century. And this game has two scenarios for the players; the one is the Mongolian campaign which the player can choose Temujin, a young Ghengis Khan to beat all Mongolian tribes and conquer Mongolian lands before 1206. In this scenario, only one person can play. The another one is the global campaign which the player can choose his player character from 4 candidate monarchs including Ghengis Khan, Alexios (emperor of Eastern Roman empire), Richard 1st (king of England) and Yoritomo Minamoto (shogun of Japan). In the global scenario, a maximum of 4 persons can play.
