We ship products worldwide upon completion of purchase and payment at our store. For more information regarding shipping costs, please refer to this page. We strive to offer the most cost-effective and reliable shipping options available, including Japan Post and various private Japanese carriers.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the destination. Additionally, shipping to the certain regions may be restricted due to conflicts, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, only a single shipping method may be available for specific countries or areas.
To ensure secure delivery, we generally select shipping services that include a tracking number. However, depending on the destination, shipping methods may be restricted to a single option. And as an exception, more affordable shipping without tracking is available for orders to Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mongolia.
当店でご購入いただきました商品は世界各地への発送を承ります。送料につきましてはこのページをご参考ください。日本郵便の国際郵便もしくは運送会社の国際運送サービス（ヤマト運輸の国際宅急便）など、なるべく多くの経済的かつ合理的な発送方法をご提供できるようにしております。
ただし、商品到着までの時間につきましては、発送方法および商品受取地（国もしくは地域）によって変わりますことご了承ください。また、地域によっては紛争・政情不安・その他の不可抗力により商品発送ができない場合もございます。
商品の確実な到着のため、基本的には追跡番号が付与される発送方法を選択しております。国や地域によっては、発送方法が一種類しかない場合もございます。例外的に韓国・台湾・香港・マカオ・モンゴルといった東アジアの一部地域では追跡番号のない国際郵便も選択いただけます。

Custom duties (Import duties and taxes)
Please note that product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may occur upon delivery. In the event that any customs charges are applied, they must be handled and paid for by the customer. That being said, based on our previous international shipping experience, no customs duties have been charged on our packages to date, as long as the orders were in small quantities.
商品代金および送料には万一発生した場合の関税については含まれておりません。もし、関税が何らかの理由により発生した場合には大変お手数ですがお客様ご自身でご対応願います。ただし、過去の商品海外発送の中で関税が発生したケースはございません（ただし、少量に限った場合であり、これまでに一度に大量かつ多品種での発送はございません）。
Authenticity & Product Condition
All our products are 100% authentic second-hand items sourced from the Japanese market. CDs and software (Video games/PC) are fully tested for functionality before being listed. Please note that for ROM cartridges with battery backup, we cannot guarantee the functionality of the save feature, as the internal batteries are original and have not been replaced. Furthermore, due to international shipping regulations regarding lithium-ion batteries, we may remove the internal battery before shipping to certain destinations.We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safe and legal international delivery.
当店の商品は基本的に日本の中古市場で流通している中古の真正品となります。 CD・テレビゲーム・PCゲームソフトは動作確認後に出品しております。また、バッテリーバックアップタイプのROMソフトについては、電池交換をしていないため電池の動作保証ができかねますことご了承ください。
この他、発送先によってはリチウムイオン電池を内蔵した物品を送れないことから、ROM内の電池を抜いた状態で発送させていただくこともございます。安全で合法的な国際配送を優先するための措置ですので、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
